There are a few different reasons why you may be unable to trade or use the Community Market. The reason is typically shown when you try to initiate a trade or perform an action on the Community Market. I get a «You can’t receive confirmations on this device. You can only receive confirmations on the device with your steam mobile authenticator. If you want to receive confirmations on this device, please remove your authenticator from the current device and add it back to this one.

So I went to remove the authenticator from this device and then re-add it but it says that my trading will be disabled for 15 days. Any thoughts or suggestions?
